About ORVI Consultus
ORVI Consultus is the consultancy of modern management and human resources management with a tradition going back to 1995. The ORVI Consultus experts have been accumulating experience since 1995, when the company was called TMI Adria, and was operating as an agency of the international educational consulting firm TMI from Denmark.
In 2000 we embarked on an independent path and established ourselves as a credible regional consulting house. After a strategic merger with Avtotehna in 2003 we adopted a new name AT Adria and expanded our operation with new services and integration tools for process consulting. Today, after a extensive renewal, ORVI Consultus (ORVI – ORganizational VItality), focuses on comprehensive research on the organisational vitality and the development of management systems.
ORVI Consultus is led by two experienced professionals in the field of human resources management and management:
Mitja Cimerman, consultant
He is involved in researching organizational vitality, consulting, training and mentoring. He is an expert for management of internal change in various organisations, the implementation of management by objectives, performance management and optimisation of organisational structure.
He is also active as a lecturer and advisor to senior management in various organisations and as a mentor to HRM heads. He is the author of numerous articles and he co-authored a book on the Slovenian management at the turn of the millennium “Manager, the first among equals”. He is the initiator and the project manager or the SiOK project, the most prominent activity in the field of human resources development in the last ten years in Slovenia.

Sandi Jerman, consultant and coach
He is involved in researching organizational vitality, consulting, training and coaching. He is an expert in introducing employee development systems and for structuring the organisation. He deals with a broad scope of employee management and development processes, remuneration systems, goal management systems, strategic direction definition… His focus in coaching is personal effectiveness, time and task management and stress management.
Through his developmental work he is one of the designers of the ways how to translate the theoretical findings into the daily operation of organisations. He also develops IT applicative tools for HRM and consulting processes.
